Which plan should we pick?

Start with the tier that matches your headcount today. Core fits teams up to 25 users, Scale covers up to 100, and Enterprise is for organisations above 100 or with complex structures (multi-business unit, on-premises, custom integrations). You can move up anytime, your data moves with you.

What happens when we add more users?

Each plan includes a base number of users (10 for Core, 25 for Scale). Beyond that, you pay a flat per-user rate within the tier. Once you cross the tier limit, we'll move you to the next plan, no migration, no data loss, no downtime.

Is implementation and training included?

Implementation and training are scoped and quoted separately so you only pay for what your team actually needs. Our consultants work alongside you to configure the system to your processes and train your people before go-live. Enterprise customers get dedicated implementation and onboarding as part of the package.

How does billing work?

Pick monthly or annual billing at the pace that fits your finance team. All prices exclude VAT. We invoice via bank transfer with standard European payment terms, agreed as part of your contract, no surprises on the finance side either.

Can we run SolidQMS on-premises?

Yes, as an optional part of Enterprise. For Core and Scale we host SolidQMS on our managed European cloud so you don't have to think about infrastructure. Enterprise customers can choose cloud, on-premises, or a hybrid, whatever matches your IT and compliance constraints.
