Which plan fits us?

Core supports up to 25 users, Scale up to 100, and Enterprise covers larger or more complex organisations. You can move up without migrating data.

What if we have no quality manager in-house?

Quality as a Service pairs a qualified quality professional with the platform for one fixed monthly retainer. We maintain your documentation, process nonconformities, prepare audits and run management reviews—while you see everything we do, live. The system stays yours, so you can grow into your own quality manager whenever you are ready.

How does implementation work?

We scope configuration and training around your processes, standards and team. The work is itemised separately before you commit.

Can we host it ourselves?

On-premises or hybrid deployment is available as an Enterprise option. Core and Scale use our managed European cloud.

How does billing work?

Choose monthly or annual billing. Prices exclude VAT and are invoiced under the terms agreed in your contract.
