We know how much work sits behind a successful audit.
SolidQMS grew out of our experience in aviation: the binders, duplicate records and time spent getting everything ready for an audit. We wanted the process, the person responsible and the record of the work to stay together. Today, that’s what we build in Haarlem.

How it
came together.
It started with a problem we recognised in our own work. Here’s how it became SolidQMS.
We began working on an alternative.
We wanted quality records to be part of the work people were already doing, with processes, responsibilities and documents kept together.
SolidQMS went live.
From Haarlem, we brought those ideas together in SolidQMS: one place for processes, people and the records that support their work.
We keep learning from our customers.
Teams now use SolidQMS in their daily operations. Their experience helps us decide what needs improving and what to build next.
