Our team is diverse, close-knit, and highly complementary, with backgrounds in aerospace technology, computer science, and business administration. We bring hands-on experience as former aircraft maintenance technicians, technical consultants, software developers, and quality management experts.

Throughout our careers, we have worked in various organizations and noticed a common struggle across industries and company sizes:

Recognizing these challenges, we set out to rethink quality and process management. We analyzed data from large organizations with complex systems and tools, as well as smaller businesses relying on manual records and spreadsheets. From this research, countless sketches, ideas, and brainstorming sessions, SolidQMS was born.
